Do you only provide cleaning services to Christians?

No, we welcome clients from any faith and background.

Do you take any profit from your Ministry?

No, 100% of all donations go towards providing services for the Gift from God Ministry. Daily Living Cleaning takes no profit from this.

Do all your Cleaners have a Police Clearance?

Yes, in fact all our staff are subject to a background check and full Police Clearance.

Are you able to enter the home to clean while we are not there?

Yes, most of our clients are not home during the day while we visit to clean. Our preferred way of doing this is with a key safe located near the door. This enables our clients to change the code at any point in time for various reasons, e.g., client away on holidays or a change of cleaner.

Are the floors dried before leaving my home?

We pride ourselves in the knowledge that all our Cleaners use a series of microfiber mops make sure the floor is as dry as possible before leaving the home.

How will my Cleaner know what I need assistance with and what I can do myself?

We work with all our clients to develop a CP (Cleaning Plan) to ensure we only assist where needed.

Why do you use natural cleaning products?

Because we care for you, ourselves and the environment.

I am sensitive to synthetic fragrances, do the products you use contain any?

None of the products we use contain any synthetic fragrances.

Can I use my NDIS funding to pay for my Cleaner?

Yes, you can use your Core funding - Assistance with Daily Life, under Assistance with Household Tasks.
